HPC+ LiSoCl2 Battery Pack Solution
HPC Series Li-ion batteries can deliver up to 20 years of operating life with 5000 full recharge cycles. These batteries can also store the high current pulses required for advanced two-way wireless communications, and have an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with storage up to 90°C , under extreme environmental conditions. HPC Series cells can be recharged using DC power or teamed with photovoltaic solar systems or other energy harvesting devices to deliver reliable long-term power. HPC Series batteries are available in standard AA and AAA configurations, and custom battery packs.
PKCELL Battery/ Battery Pack Terminations, Pins, Tags
➢ Battery/ battery pack is always available with different types of terminations, i.e. PC pins, tabs, solder tabs, leads, wire, cable and connectors. Pins or tabs are securely attached to the battery cells or pack casing to ensure a stable and reliable connection. This prevents accidental disconnection. Which also ensures the battery (battery pack) can withstand the physical stresses and vibrations that a battery may experience during normal use. Also in some applications, pins or tabs can facilitate charging and discharging by connecting the battery pack to external charging or discharging equipment. Which is also interrupt the electrical connection in case of overcurrent or other safety-critical events.
